This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which services provided by Envision Square Pvt Ltd (“Envision Square”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) may be canceled. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Cancellation Terms
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid.
Cancellation requests are effective only after written acknowledgment from Envision Square.
2. Project-Based Services
- Once a project has commenced, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
- If cancellation is requested after work has started, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any advance or deposit payments made are non-refundable.
3. Retainer & Subscription Services
For monthly retainers or ongoing service agreements:
- A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel services.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the active or completed billing period.
- Failure to provide proper notice may result in billing for the subsequent cycle.
4. Milestone-Based Engagements
- Completed milestones are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Ongoing or partially completed milestones will be billed proportionally.
- Future milestones not yet started may be canceled without additional charges, subject to agreement terms.
5. Client Delays & Non-Responsiveness
If a project is delayed due to lack of response, missing materials, or approvals from the client for more than 14 consecutive days, Envision Square reserves the right to:
- Pause the project without liability
- Reschedule timelines based on availability
- Treat the engagement as canceled with no refund obligation
6. Cancellation by Envision Square
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Payments are overdue or repeatedly delayed
- The client breaches agreed terms or scope
- Unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior is observed
In such cases, fees for completed work remain payable, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Third-Party Costs
Any costs incurred for third-party services (including but not limited to hosting, domains, plugins, licenses, advertising spend, APIs, or tools) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately payable
- Access to services, files, or accounts may be revoked
- Ownership of completed deliverables is governed by the original agreement and payment status
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Cancellation Policy should be read in conjunction with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, the signed agreement or proposal shall prevail.
10. Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated revision date.
