This Payment Methods page explains the accepted payment options and related terms for services provided by Envision Square Pvt Ltd (“Envision Square”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a payment to us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Online Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal)

2. Currency
Payments may be accepted in USD, INR, or other currencies as agreed in the invoice or proposal. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
3. Payment Terms
- All invoices are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Project work begins only after receipt of the required payment
- Milestone or retainer payments must be made as per agreed timelines
- Late payments may result in service suspension or project delays
4. Taxes
Applicable taxes (including GST for Indian clients) will be charged as required by law. International clients are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or bank charges applicable in their jurisdiction.
5. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email or receipt will be issued. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate at the time of transaction.
6. Failed or Rejected Payments
If a payment fails or is rejected, services may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared. Envision Square is not responsible for delays caused by failed transactions.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of services and legal action if necessary. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns.
8. Security of Payments
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Envision Square does not store or process sensitive card information on its servers.
9. Changes to Payment Methods
We reserve the right to update or modify accepted payment methods at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
