Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services provided by Envision Square Pvt Ltd (“Envision Square”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Nature of Services

Envision Square provides customized digital services including but not limited to website design and development, mobile app development, digital marketing, branding, AI solutions, blockchain development, and related consulting services.

Due to the custom, time-based, and digital nature of our services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.


2. No Automatic Refunds

Payments made to Envision Square Pvt Ltd are non-refundable by default. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Project onboarding fees
  • Advance payments or deposits
  • Monthly retainers
  • Milestone-based payments
  • Consultation or strategy session fees

Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for time, effort, or resources already invested.


3. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

In limited cases, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion if:

  • The project has not yet started, and
  • A written refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment, and
  • No resources, access, or deliverables have been allocated or shared

Any approved refund may be subject to administrative, processing, and transaction fees.


4. Milestone & Retainer Payments

For milestone-based or retainer agreements:

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Ongoing or partially completed work will be billed proportionally
  • Unused future work may be canceled with written notice, but payments already made are not refundable

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Envision Square may result in immediate suspension of services and legal action if necessary.

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns amicably.


6. Delays & Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be issued for project delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide required content, approvals, or feedback
  • Change in project scope after work has begun
  • Non-responsiveness beyond agreed timelines

7. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to notify us in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, revise deliverables, or improve performance in line with the agreed scope of work.

Dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for a refund.


8. Third-Party Costs

Any fees paid to third parties (including but not limited to domain registration, hosting, software licenses, advertising spend, APIs, plugins, or tools) are strictly non-refundable.


9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the active billing period.


10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.


11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
